Salad with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

  • 2 cups mesclun or mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 T blue cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 3 small garlic cloves finely minced or pressed.
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • one or two drops of hot sauce

Serves 2

Toss salad greens, walnuts and blue cheese together. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss and serve.
